Are you a broker?
No. The technology we provide to shippers, carriers, brokers, 3PL’s and freight forwarders, allows users to make decisions and manage freight based on individual goals and priorities. Through a single portal, shippers can evaluate carriers based on price and service, electronically tender, track progress, and generate reports.
How are freight bills and cargo claims handled?
Both are settled directly between the shipper and carrier. We invoice you separately for our fee. Because we don’t arbitrage or leverage your money, cost efficiencies are passed directly to you. If freight payment or audit is desired, RPNA will gladly refer you to one of our trusted alliance partners.
Do I need dedicated hardware or software to run your system?
Our technology can be run on your existing PC or Mac hardware. Most customers prefer to access our data through the internet. Larger operations may choose to integrate directly into our system. Either way, we are just another icon on your computer desktop.
What specs should my PC or Mac have to effectively work with RPNA products?
If you can effectively work on the internet now, you won’t need any upgrades or changes to use our tools.
