Resource Partners North America (RPNA) enables shippers and carriers to communicate more efficiently and effectively.  We provide both web-based and integrated solutions for shippers to effectively rate, tender, track and manage shipments from order inception through freight payment.  In order to do this, our technology provides comprehensive management and execution of complex tariffs and contracts for multiple carriers in one system.  RPNA also provides pricing services for shippers that create freight savings.  Our diverse network of clients creates a bundled basket of freight for carriers to evaluate and price more aggressively due to its breadth and scale.

The automated electronic exchange of information lowers the labor cost per transaction for shippers and carriers alike.  Additionally, we have the ability to consolidate, de-consolidate, pool and optimize freight to create the most economical LTL/truckload mix.

RPNA is both carrier and shipper neutral in the transaction.  We are not a freight broker.  We do not arbitrage the freight rate or “shop the market” on the shipper’s behalf for each load.  Freight bills and cargo claims are still settled directly between the shipper and carrier.  Our role is simply to store and transmit all shipment data that is provided by all parties in one place.
